Welcome to Holmes-Naden lettings
Holmes-Naden Lettings is overseen by our Lettings Manager Martin Seldon. Martin has a wealth of experience since starting his career in the industry working for Brigfords Estate Agents in 1995, covering some of the finest areas of Cheshire. He then spent a number of years at Thornley Groves Estate Agents covering their three Manchester City Centre offices where lettings became such a fundamental part of their operation as the redevelopment of the City Centre took full effect. Martin’s most recent position was at Jordan Fishwick running their flagship lettings office in Wilmslow before being approached to set up and run Holmes-Naden Lettings.
At Holmes-Naden we deal with some of the regions favourite locations with properties ranging from pretty stone cottages to large prestige homes.
We will provide a professional service where advice will be both realistic and achievable taking into account market trends and demand for individual properties.
Our high profile offices, market share, and friendly and helpful staff, means we are the first port of call for prospective tenants looking for a home to rent.
The quality of the properties and the way they are presented and marketed are key to attracting quality tenants and achieving premium prices.
All of our properties are directly matched to the tenant’s requirements and sent via email and text alerts upon instruction.
We believe it is not simply a case of erecting a To Let board, but how we deal with your property from start to finish is most important.
We can provide a wide range of services from fully managed and let only to providing detailed inventories, full referencing of tenants and rent guarantees.
Because we want to be your chosen letting agent for as long as you want to rent your property we recognise that protecting your investment is key. We know this will only happen if we provide you with the best tenants, rather than just finding any tenant. The referencing involves checking their credit record, taking character references from an employer and, where possible, obtaining a previous landlord reference using an independent referencing company.
